Can I leave the festival and come back?
No, there is no re-entry once you leave the festival.

Will set times be released before the festival?
Yes, set times will be released the week before the festival. Stay tuned!

When and where will buses depart from?
Buses will depart from Bushwick on July 19th and return on July 21st. For special arrangements, email info@unveranito.com.

Where can I charge my phone?
Charging stations and outlets will be available at the bar.

When does the music start?
Music starts at 4 PM on Friday, and at 12 PM on Saturday and Sunday at the main festival field. Additional activities include yoga, volleyball, and a 3-day fútbol tournament with the championship game on Sunday before lunch.

What’s the address, and when will it be available?
The address will be released the day before the festival. For planning purposes, it's a 15-minute drive from 200 Hurd Rd, Bethel, NY 12720.

Are there any ATMs on site?
No, we are cashless.

Will there be good reception at the campgrounds?
Yes, there is Wi-Fi and good cell phone service at the farm.

Will there be security?
Yes, staff and security will be present 24 hours a day for the safety of all attendees.

Is everything within walking distance, including the tent camping area?
Yes, the festival grounds are all within walking distance.

What items are prohibited at the festival?
Prohibited items include weapons, fireworks, and glass containers. Items that threaten safety will be confiscated.

Will there be first aid available?
We will have a 24-hour first aid station and a private ambulance service available for any injuries or health complications. Our staff will use golf carts to swiftly access emergency services if needed.

Is the festival ADA accessible?
Unfortunately, the festival is not fully ADA accessible. Golf carts will be available for transporting individuals with limited mobility between activities. Please contact info@unveranito.com to arrange assistance.

Are children allowed at the festival?
Yes, but they must be supervised by an adult.

TICKETS

What types of tickets are available?
We offer a single pass that grants access to the entire 3-day festival. Additionally, you can add a bus pass or parking pass during checkout.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. The festival will proceed rain or shine. We allow ticket transfers.

If I can't make it Friday, can I check in and set up on Saturday or Sunday?
Yes, you can check in and set up on Saturday or Sunday.

PARKING

Does each person need a car camping pass?
No, only one pass per vehicle is required. Car camping passes are sold separately. Please check our checkout page.

CAMPING

Where is camping located?
All camping is on the farm and no more than a 5-minute walk to the main stage and bar.

Where can I keep my valuables safe?
We will provide a secure and dry locker area for you to lock up your valuables and music gear.

Is power provided to charge phones?
There will be a charging station at the bar.

Can we save camping spots if we arrive before our friends?
Camping spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. For larger group arrangements, please email info@unveranito.com.

Are there indoor bathrooms and showers?
No, there are no indoor bathrooms. Showers will be outdoors, beach-style, and bathrooms will be porta potties.

Will ice be available for purchase?
No ice will be sold.

Can we have fires or propane grills at our campsites? No, personal fires or propane grills are not allowed. There will be assigned campfires monitored by the staff.

FOOD/BEVERAGE

What are the dining options and their availability at the festival?
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily at the main eating area during designated hours. Snacks and alcohol can be purchased 24/7 at a secondary food and drink area. Please note that these meals and drinks are not included in the ticket price. If you would like any specific snacks to be available at the festival, you can email us at info@unveranito.com.

Will you have vegan, vegetarian options for food?
Yes, we will have a variety of food options to accommodate dietary preferences.

Can we bring in alcohol?
Yes, you may bring beer and hard liquor, but no glass containers are permitted. The bar will serve beers and frozen drinks.

Can we bring in outside food?
Yes, you may bring outside food. But make sure you know how to store it. There will be no access to a fridge.

Yes, there will be access to water.
